About the Village Artists

The Village Artists was established in 1964.  Three women banded together to rent space to pursue their artistic talents away from home.

The Village Artists Organization is a base for anyone interested in art and a place to work alone or in a group. The purpose of the Village Artists is to advance, promote, encourage and elevate the artistic interests of members and of the community.

The Village Artists is a non-profit group, furnishing the members with a work-shop, work space, classes, exhibits, Museum and Gallery tours, paint-outs, etc.  The members have their own key and may work at the studio any time. The studio is fully equipped with easels, sculpture stands , a kiln, 2 pottery wheels and shelf space where each person may keep supplies.

The Village Artists have maintained a high standard in their school as many excellent instructors have entered its doors.

The Village Artists members meeting is schedule the 3rd Monday of each month at 11:00AM
